1. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Guests must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

2. Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Payments are processed through available and secure payment methods.
Any additional charges during your stay must be settled before check-out.

3. Cancellation & No-Show
Free cancellation is available up to X days before arrival.
Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge equivalent to one night or the full stay.
No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
Check-out time: before 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged accordingly.
The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed booking.

6. Liability
Green Earth Bali is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to use any provided safety facilities.

7. Property Policy
Quiet hours may apply to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Smoking may be restricted to designated areas only.

8. Force Majeure
The property shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Changes to Terms
Green Earth Bali reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
